Ophelia Wells-Cornwall holds a Master in Finance from Leicester University in England and has over 10 years tax experience.
Mrs. Cornwall, is currently the Comptroller of Inland Revenue Division Grenada and has worked as a Short-term expert for Tax Administration for the Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre (CARTAC).
Mrs. Cornwall provided technical tax advice and support to St. Lucia, Turks and Caicos Islands and most recently Bahamas.
