Walter has managed accounting, tax and auditing assignments for over 30 years, 15 of which at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has provided tax compliance and consulting services on issues such as tax efficient structures, business acquisitions, amalgamations and due diligence to companies in the energy, financial services, manufacturing, distribution and telecommunication sectors.
Walter frequently lectures on taxation at the University of the West Indies.
